The breakfast here had a little bit of everything - coffee and tea 🍳. Our room was a really good size, with a nice, spacious layout and a beautiful view. We had a really restful night's sleep.

Not too many guests. Wide parking spaces. They have a drivers quarters.
They do not trust their guests. They removed all items in the mini bar. The breakfast is not good.

Quick check in and smooth check out. Fairly quiet and fantastic rooms with a balcony, and heated pool. Amazing breakfast with plenty of reasonably priced foods. Marvellous location, a zoo and cafeterias near the hotel.

We had a fantastic experience at this place. The location, situated in mostly residential area, was perfect for us. The service, from the valet parking to the 24-hour reception, was impeccable. We appreciated the clean and well-maintained rooms with all the necessary amenities, including an electric kettle and free Wi-Fi. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even providing a complimentary welcome drink upon our arrival.

I love the staff in Cafe K, their restaurant. All the staff were so polite and very attentive and they see to it that they attend to what you need. I really appreciate excellent service such as that. I loved the barbecue night. I really love that. Its so nice to have barbecue night with your family.
I just wish they'd revamp their menu. Add more and improve on the others like their burgers, hotdogs and fries. It was too dry and it didn't really taste appealing. Their cheese sticks tasted stale. The cheese tasted old. I arrived in the hotel around 3pm but the room wasn't ready yet so I hope that doesn't happen again next time.

The hotel offers great value for money, providing a premium experience that goes above and beyond expectations. The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with a warm smile and making them feel at home. The hotel pays attention to detail, providing complimentary extras like milk and cookies for the little ones, and even going the extra mile to surprise guests with a birthday cake and a special celebration.
There was honestly nothing to dislike about our stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect.

The hotel is basically ok, and it is obvious there was investment in the facitlities. However, it is far from town and anything going on. No taxis, only tricycles, but s usual the hotel have little or no idea how to run a hotel for foreigners.
The service was appauling for this quite highly priced hotel. The restaurant closed early in the evening so we could not eat on arrival, despite reception saying it was open. Breakfast finished earlier than stated, and we had miserable cold plate of dried fish & rice (even though staff members were eating toast and marmalade). The sports room closed at 10 pm, and then demanded id, even though we were gustes in the hotel. To finish off, we were told 2 bottles of free water daily by the staff, but they demanded payment for each day after the first day. The hotel could be nice, but it is badly run and the last thing you think off is to stay there and use the facitlities. Very disapponting

Lots of flies. Should have gym for sports activities. Should add more food on menu for breakfast.

We loved the peaceful location of this hotel, away from the busy streets of the city. It was a great family-friendly hotel as it had a small farm where we could feed chickens and bunnies, and it also had plenty of activities for children such as three pools, an outdoor playground, and even horse riding. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and we especially enjoyed the separate bacon station at breakfast.
Everything great.

All good — we truly enjoyed this hip new hotel — the food was REASONABLY PRICED and the staff were polite. The room was exceptional and quiet with a balcony.

Located in a nice building in a quiet area 🌳. It's surrounded by homes, so you get that homely vibe. Plus, it's conveniently near a bunch of restaurants with a view of Taal Lake and other cool spots to check out nearby.
